Cart has too much plastic. Wheels are plastic as is everything else except the frame. The latch that holds and adjusts the handle is a screw and is hard to adjust and keep tight. Assembly instructions were small and hard to understand. The plastic smell was bad and lasted several days. The cart pulls to the right all the time, break is hit or miss, front wheel has to be latched and then screw tightened to hold it.
Up side is compartment to hold drink is deep and will hold most bottles. Covered tray is nice, with places for tees, pencil, and balls (although they are hard to get out). Folds up to fairly small size. Was disappointed overall for the price.
